Roberta was born and bred in Northern Italy, but has made London her home for the last 8 years, filling some of its venues with her voice. Particularly gifted for elegant, clear, distinctive, soft, flirtatious deliveries, her works range from on-hold messages, to computer games, from corporate DVDs and webinars, to TV and radio adverts. She can bring a script to life with ease in her native Italian or in English, French and Russian, that she speaks fluently. An intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German helps her to add colour to a script without having to resort to native VO artists for uttering only a few lines.

Roberta initially graduated as a conference interpreter in English and Russian at the Advanced School for Interpreters and Translators in Bologna, Italy. After receiving positive remarks for her soothing, clear voice on several occasions while interpreting, she decided to also start a voiceover career.

Her acting skills developed at University theatre have helped her to get many jobs for videogames and slot machines, where her exotic accent, not clearly recognizable as Italian, makes her the perfect voice for aliens and strange characters coming from other planets.

Besides computer games, she specializes in webinars, on-hold messages and narration for guided tours in monuments and cities.

Her credits include Sony, XBox, Sega, Google+, Accenture, Ladbroke's, Colgate, Renault Clio, Ferrari, Playstation, Trivago, Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's club, Fisher, Monarch Airlines, Etihad Airlines, Lycamobile, Philips, Mettler, McAfee.  

Besides doing VOs, Roberta currently works as an all round linguist, being an interpreter, a subtitler, a translator and a proofreader.
