Simone has a wide range of experience in acting and voice-over work. Fluent in English and mother tongue German, and able to speak in Austrian-accented German, her voice can be authoritative, playful, sensuous and silky.
Simone trained as an actress at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, and she has since has performed in a wide variety of theatre, television and film. Theatre credits include work with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Jura Soyfer Theater (Vienna), Die Komödiantenburg and Prince Theatre. TV and film credits include Red Cap, Jonathan Creek, The Beach, Lyridical Dreams, Chaos and Eternal Return.
Simone has worked for ITV, BBC, and British Petroleum World TV. Her voice has been used for corporates and commercials including Hewlett Packard, Metzler Bank, Steadycam, Morgan Stanley, Silversea Cruises, Olympia Wine Fair, London International Television, IBM, Shark energy drink (for Germany, Austria and Switzerland), BBC Open University German, ELT. Documentaries include The Day The World Stood Still and The Second World War in Colour.
